BOOKING AND PAYMENT

Payment is required according to the terms presented at the time of booking or enrollment.

By purchasing services, you authorize payment through the selected payment method.

Prices are subject to change at any time without notice.

However, any services already purchased will be honored at the agreed-upon rate.

CANCELLATION AND RESCHEDULING

Clients may reschedule appointments with at least 24 hours' notice.

Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours' notice may be forfeited at our discretion.

Failure to attend a scheduled session without notice may be considered a no-show and may not be eligible for rescheduling or refund.

Exceptions may be considered in cases of emergency.

Due to the nature of coaching services, refunds are generally not provided once services have been delivered.
